"The property is as clean and beautiful as the photos. It is always a comfort to return after a long day out especially in the cold winter weather. There is some walking to do and stairs to climb, but the view and the comfort of home makes it up. "Overall it's a cheap stay hotel that suited my needs very well. My problem was that later in the evening I was told I had to switch rooms the next day and if I was unavailable to do it myself at noon (which I was) to have all of my items packed up ready for staff to move. I moved three rooms down so I don't understand why that had to happen. "

"Convenient location to the Dongdaemun station and big market. This was the fastest check-in and checkout process I've ever experience. The room was smaller than expected but the bed was very comfortable. The heater can either be turned on or off. Can't adjust the temperature. The wood floor was warm which was perfect for the cold weather."
