"First, I must say how impressed I was with the staff. Prior to our stay, they checked in with me to see if I had any additional needs or questions. They held our luggage for us prior to check in, so we could begin exploring London. We had a garden apartment which was clean, quiet and a short walk to Hammersmith tube station. There were plenty of groceries, breakfast/coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Loved the location! This made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation."

"The property location is excellent, the staff, particularly Mr. Otman, was the reason my family and myself enjoyed the stay. Of course, if we get another chance we will consider coming back."
