"Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."

"温泉に行くために、フロントに電話して、タオルや着替えを部屋からスパまで運ぶための小さなカゴやバッグを買ってきてほしいと頼んだのですが、そのようなサービスはあるものの、当院ではそのようなサービスはないと言われました。他の多くの温泉でもサービスを提供しています。このホテルは、館内でタオルや下着などを持って部屋から温泉まで比較的長い道を歩かなければなりません！ 2: フロントに氷を部屋に持ってくるように頼んだのですが、氷がないのでコンビニで自分で買ってくださいと言われました 😳😳😤"
