"This is our second time staying at this hotel. We booked the Basic Twin Room. The bathroom is quite old. It was very different to where we stayed in last year (we got a "new" room). I think this needs to be renovated, but the room itself is quite comfy, except the air conditioner. We tried to set the temperature to the lowest with high fan, but the room was still hot and stuffy especially when sleeping. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the stay. We got a nice view of the river, the hotel...

"I have stayed here a few time. This time I tried the spa. Absolutely fantastic! I slept really well after a visit to the spa and sauna. The staff were very nice and helped me get a taxi each day. I wish hotels wouldn't do the 'one guest, one pillow' thing though. As a side sleeper, one pillow is generally too thin for me to get comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that friendliness and professionalism of the staff, convenience to the restaurants and stores for shopping, and room was very nice and comfortable. We tried weekend brunch buffet which was much better than we expected! Everything we had was so delicious!! I wished we were able to try their breakfast buffet as well. We would stay here again and it is highly recommended! "
