"Lovely hotel very close to Buckingham Palace, the Victoria Station, and many restaurants. The staff is wonderful here. The doormen are particularly friendly. Beautiful atmosphere, nice room. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. While small (as to be expected) it suited our purposes well. The location is excellent- in a safe neighborhood with lots of eateries and grocery store, and several subway stations and large parks just a few blocks away. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The sole working lift did stop working which was clearly causing issues. Unfortunately with old buildings like this one it is ‘just one of those things’. Once both lifts are fully operational there will, hopefully, be less of a problem if one stops working. It didn’t put us off staying again (and we were on the 6th floor!) Our room was lovely and the included minibar a welcome extra at the end of long days on our feet exploring London!"
