The rooms were quite tiny as were the bathroom and shower. Shelf above the bathroom sink made it difficult to use the sink. Shower drain was clogged and overflowed each day. That said, the property was very quiet and close to tube station and some decent restaurants and small shoppes.

The hotel is located on a quiet street away from the main roads, and in walking distance to sights, shops, dining, and two underground stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff were keen to help. Kitchen staff, for example, cooked our food during illness. I also enjoyed how their breakfast room has a sunroof, so I could watch rain/snow fall from above with a snack! There are extra additions available for a more romantic stay.

Easy walk to 2 underground options, nearby many shops, had a fridge and coffee maker. Front desk was super helpful. Many pubs and dining options nearby as well as souvenir shops so didn’t have to go far for easy gift options.

The rooms are very tiny, which is OK because the price is very reasonable but the front staff is very unkind. They are super grouchy. They act like you are so lucky that you were staying at their property. The property and location is great but the front desk lady really needs to be doing an accounting job or something where she’s not dealing with customers she really hates people or at least she puts off an image of that. She hates people.

Great stay. Perfect for an overnight stay in London. Good location with two tube stations within an easy walk and plenty of shops and eateries close by too. Family room was perfect for us as a family with two teenagers.

The hotel was great for a place to rest and sleep. Rooms were comfortable and area was quiet and conveniently close to the Bayswater and Queensway underground entrances. Lots of restaurants and convient stores close by as well for a snack or coffee run. I only knocked 1 star on cleanliness for the dust in our room- it was the worst on top of the shower door and in on the lower shelf of the end table like it hadn’t been dusted in a while but otherwise was perfect. If we come back to London, we’d definitely stay again.

This has been our accomodation that is located in London's Kensington for the past 4 nights. The London House Hotel is high class, sparkling new, and beautiful exteriorally. Interior, the rooms are a bit small but well appointed. Nice thick carpet, clean beds, and new bathroom. There's in-room safe Staff is professional. Great value-for-money for Family Room of 4 pax. Staff was professional and friendly. Lots of convenience stores like Sainsbury and 2 Tesco Express, restaurants like Gold Mine, Four Seasons, Pat A Manger, and cafes just round the corner at Queensway.

Todo estuvo muy bien, un pequeño hotel en un área urbana. El hotel es muy limpio y los empleados normales. En área tiene bastantes área de comer y comprar, cercano a varias estaciones del metro y para de buses. La única queja es que no tenías forma de controlar la temperatura, por lo general siempre estaba caliente. Pero en general me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

I enjoyed our stay at London house. The place was clean with a good location and nice friendly staff. My only issue was that the room was small (common for London) and there was not a really good clothes storage option. Only a hanging spot and 2 shelves that were out of reach unless you were really tall.
