"We loved the staff at the bar, reception and restaurant....fantastic service! The breakfast was lovely with quality sausages and bacon, nice cup of tea! Loved option of ordering latte from the dining room with the waitress as the coffee is not so good. The room we stayed in was okay, clean but could be made sooooo much better just if some love and care was spent fixing the minor problems in the room you can see. All need is maintenence man to fix cracked wall, cover old leak marks with paint,...

"We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele. "
