"Beds very comfortable. Air conditioner was facing one of the beds only, which was very cool. But it was still ok. Noisy kids running up and down the corridors, banging their door over and over was super annoying, especially when we were trying to sleep. Parents didn’t seem to care less that it’s an airport hotel, which means most people there are catching flights at all hours. It’s not a kids play area. Other than that, the staff etc were very obliging with anything we asked for. Very close to...

"It's my second time staying here, and the room I got this time was nicer as the floors had been remodelled (no more carpet). Location is great. Some dust in the bathroom door, but rest of the bathroom was clean. Beds have wheels so they move quite easily on the new floors, but it's not a big deal for me. Overall, great value for money. Walkable to MCEC, southern cross station and city centre. "

"Great hotel in a central location. Very close to Southern Cross Station and the city tram. Excellent service too. We needed a roll away bed and they brought one within a few minutes. The dishwasher was broken in our unit and so they washed our dishes for us everyday. "
