"A very pleasant stay despite being during a heat wave. The hotel did their best to keep everyone cool. Staff were very helpful generally and the location is excellent."
"This was our 3rd stay to visit friends,who live close by, and that should speak volumes. The rooms are more than decent in size as is the ensuite. Very comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and even a hairdryer. Ample free parking for guests and a short walk to the shops and bars."
"Fabulous hotel. First time I stayed here, but I'll definitely return. The reception staff were lovely, room was huge, gorgeous comfy pillows duvel and bed. Great bathroom, water provided too. Mailbox and Broad Street just around the corner and a short walk from New Street Station too. Highly recommended, we didn't want to leave! "
