"The room was small but nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and there was a good selection of complimentary food and drink for breakfast. "

Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street
10/10 Excellent
"Central, rooms were spacious & clean/light and functional with all the necessary amenities you'd need. Car Park on the roof was very handy & reasonable price. Breakfast selection was good. "
"This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. "
"Very happy yet again with my stay here. Superb price too. Staff welcoming and room on low level and clean. Love how this place is so close to the city centre and can leave my car for a fair price. I will be back. Thanks. "
"I discovered this hotel two years ago when needing somewhere to stay after moving my Nephew into his student accommodation! First impressions really do count as every time I come to visit him in Birmingham, THIS is the hotel we choose! From the very first visit we were made to feel so welcome & relaxed. The hotel is immaculate, food fantastic, the rooms spacious & again super clean! All the staff are amazing! My most recent visit July 2025 I was back to stay after having emptied my Nephews flat! We were shattered but we were able to come back here & just relax & switch off! My Nephew will be going into his third year at University September 2025 so we will be back very soon when we are down moving him in again!
Thanks again to ALL at the Clayton for always looking after us! It really is appreciated! See you in September!
