"Pillows were too firm. Restaurant was closed. Heating unit was very loud which did not help sleep. Hot tub was very hot which is great. Excersise equipment was good. "

"I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"Everything was pretty good here except their maintenance crew needs to go through and finish their patches when they do drywall work it just happens to be one of the first things that I’ll notice when I go into a hotel room. Other than that, it was a cozy place. It was quiet and really close to everything."

"They could use an update on their beds. They were not very comfortable. The breakfast service Saturday morning was not good but dinner service was excellent!"

"Property was excellent. Rooms are remodeled and spacious. Location is the other side of I-70 from Vail, however the Hotel Shuttle was very efficient and there were several dining options which were walkable for the snowier nights. Great gym and hot tub. Only disappointment was the breakfast. They were a little under equipped to handle peak season crowds, and skimped a little on ingredients like real butter. Overall really enjoyed our stay."
