"I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob...

Our sheets were also never changed just few new towels every day. Not very impressed by the breakfast offered just yogurt and some fruit. "I liked my ocean front balcony view of the beach and the staff was wonderful, I did not like that they had no bottle water, the room offered a coffee maker but no coffee filters, cups or coffee to brew and that there is NO parking on premises, you have to be lucky to find a nearby parking spot on the side of the road. The Dining area is serene with a beautiful view of the beach, the food was ok."

"It was a very clean beautiful new hotel. Very limited staff and confusing check in and out process. Again all staff was super friendly warm and welcoming. Enjoyed every interaction I had and they certainly have a bright future ahead of them. I believe they had just opened a couple months ago and had not been fully staffed and accommodating. I would go back in the future but maybe instead of 6 nights just do a weekend"
