"Great location and excellent views of the harbour. Comfortable and excellent transport links, the tram into central is right below the hotel. There is also plenty to explore in Darling Harbour, or get a ferry from Pyrmont Bay to Circular Quay. Only a word of warning, there is currently the Harbourside shopping centre that is being developed in front of the hotel, due to be completed in 2025, when this is complete, the views of the harbour will be lost! "

"Overall a good experience. Beds were comfortable and pillows soft and fluffy. Nice view, but it would have been good to have a specific view photo on the website before we booked rather than a generic one. Reception has friendly and approachable staff, however, getting any services to your room was terrible. I had to call reception multiple times to follow up 2 requests, one of which was never fulfilled. Besides that we had an enjoyable stay. Bedrooms have double sliding doors to block out...

"Great place to stay near Darling Harbor. The staff is great and guide you through the best way to go about your day (first time visitors). The breakfast buffet is great too. Plenty of options to eat around including few minutes walk to China Town. Very conveniently located near Darling Harbor where you can eat, drink, visit sea world or catch ferries to different locations including Opera House, Mainly Beach, etc "

"I’ve stayed at a number of Sydney hotels over the last 2 years. I went back there because of the experience the first time, and it didn’t fail this time. Great rooms and even better staff. If I’m fortunate enough to be back in Sydney there isn’t a choice where I’ll be staying."
