The guys who run the activities have great personalities, the games and activities are fun. Also a big thanks to Rambo for being extremely polite and patient with our family. The ocean water is great, the sand is nice but there are some larger rocks you have to avoid when swimming. "

"What a beautiful resort! I’ve been to a few resorts in Cancun but this one really made an impression and the only one I would recommend to friends and family. Beautiful grounds, clean and well maintained. Beach front is long. We never had any trouble finding a beachside tiki hut. Our room was quiet. Prior resorts I’ve been to, that wasn’t the case. The staff is incredibly nice. Everyone was always smiling and welcoming. They seemed happy to be there. The food was actually really good even at the buffet. But our favorite was the restaurant Agua Marina. Delicious seafood and our waiter was so sweet (I’m bummed I didn’t get his name), but honestly everyone we interacted with was super nice. Check out the Sal steakhouse. The staff and chef are incredible there too. We also got to use the cabana at the Kanna area one day and the service was amazing!! Rommel and Noe stopped by and wanted to make sure we were doing well and taken care of. And the whole staff treated us kindly and made it our best day. The sunset boat ride in the bay was also such a treat. Last but not least, our family concierge Jose May checked in with us everyday and really took care of us. We want to thank him for all the help. It made our stay very special. I don’t say this very often about many places, but I would definitely be back here again when in Cancun next time!"

"Gorgeous oceanfront rooms in Enclave. Large balconies facing the ocean. Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Well-stocked fridge in room. Numerous pools, all very clean. Lots of fun, daytime activities (cooking classes, water aerobics, dancing, etc.). Evening shows were mediocre, except for the fire show which was fantastic. Loved the coffe bar/ice cream/snack area. Restaurants were all good. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Giovanni was master behind the bar and the staff kept every area of the hotel clean! Food was good, especially Marco Polo, and the pool was amazing. Beach location was perfect. Not a long ride from the airport, highly recommend!"

"Checking it at the property was hassle free, friendly staff. I would recommend getting an uber from the airport, was less expensive and you don’t have to haggle with the people at the airport. At the property We had a great time, the activities at the pool were fun, the pool side food was perfect for lunch. Breakfast and dinner at the main Buffett was very good, we liked that better than the reservation restaurants. The rooms were clean, fridges stocked each day, room service 24hrs was good (didn’t like the ham quesadilla). Bar atmosphere was fun for everyone Raquel and Joany were the best servers. If you need something that the resort doesn’t have there is a convenience store within walking distance follow the path off the property to the left, go down the road to the crosswalk and cross your will see “The Deli”. Check out was easy, uber back to the airport"
