Nice property in a developing part of town. The rest of the area will catch up in a few years and there will be better walkable dining and other amenities. If you want to drive a short distance you can find anything you want, .

It was fine, but missing some of the anemities I want in a hotel. Primarily free breakfast. I would be content with some fruit, cereal, eggs or some types of bread. The cafe isn't too expensive, but I'd like to have one meal I dont have to pay for on vacation. There is some places walkable, but the train tracks can be a hassle to get around l.

It was a very nice stay. There was a nice classic diner and a put put golf place with great smash burgers with a bar around the corner. Neat places to walk around. Definitely a safer part of the downtown Denver area.
