"The hotel is beautiful and tranquil with a fascinating history and old world elegance rarely found today. Dining and service here are superb. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is perfect for those travellers who do not wish to stay in a large hotel chain resort. "

"Nice clean and modern room,(102) but no window, fan, or vent, in the bathroom. We could not dry off after showering, because of the humidity. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The food is EXPENSIVE! Dinner food was not good and the Thursday "Barbecue" only menu was really bad. Their private beach, on Stocking Island, is very nice and provides a nice boat ride to get there. Bar tenders, Annette and Modesta, stole the show and will be missed! "

"The view is beautiful, having a porch on two levels is a really nice touch to the overall property. It would’ve been nice to have some patio furniture but otherwise it was comfortable. Things you should know: The property is set up as a two level rental however if you have guests staying above you, you hear every footstep, every voice, every sneeze. If you’re looking for a true privacy this place is wonderful if it is only occupied by you and your guest outside of that you lose all privacy. This...
