"Two things: 1) When I arrived on the night of the 5th the front desk had no info about my booking and gave a room I did not want because the hotel was almost full! 2) Since I booked online from the US, when I requested my sign out bill they front desk was unable to as I was told that since I booked in the US they couldn’t give me any bill. They were so unprofessional! I literally left in anger !"

"Major problem: dirty (brown!) water flowing in the sink and the shower. When reported to Hotel Management, they only said that “the hotel is not responsible”, that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. This happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. "Decent hotel in a town with few decent ones. Low value for money but you can't find much better, so you have to adapt.
