As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe staying there and felt more like home than a hotel. "The floor to the front desk is an accident waiting to happen! Marble tiles with about a 4” step up/down depending on direction that is not easily discernible! To get to the elevators is a 3 or 4 step down/up depending on direction making luggage to/from room problematic. Yes, there is bell service to room. Not necessarily from room when checking out. "
