"The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"

"Termas de Papallacta hotel is the best I ever been. The hotel consist 53 cabanas with 22 pools technically as you step out of your cabana there is a hot spring pool. They have a huge amazing Spa, indoor Pool with waterfalls, massage rooms. Three Restaurants that offer delicious meals, great variety. The buffet breakfast is everything you can desire for. "Had free airport transfer which was nice after a long flight. The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on it. He waited for us even though our plane was a little late landing. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful. The free breakfast was nice. The only negatives were there’s no food available after 10 pm and there’s no air conditioning but apparently that’s normal in Quito. "
