"An excellent location in the heart of Alexandria. Staff are very friendly, food is great. Room could be a bit cleaner, bathroom plumbing was not perfect. Overall experience is very good. Would definitely go again."

"Air conditioning heating system not working properly. Chamber mades often too busy monitoring other guests leaving (for tips purpose), therefore I had to ask for the bath to be cleaned after two days of staying & also, at some point, forgotten to leave toilet papers so I had to ask the receptionist to send me some. "We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."
