"We checked in very late and it was after midnight. Our check-in was very quick and smooth which we appreciated after a long day. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets smelled nice with fresh laundry detergent. Everything was efficient and exceeded our expectations during our short stay. But the most pleasant surprise was that they serve very good croissants for breakfast. This hotel is much more than just a convenient airport hotel. We will definitely go back!"

"I had the best time staying here. The team members went above and beyond to make sure my stay was special. Everyone was so kind, remembered my name and validated often to make sure my stay was perfect and it really was! I even got a few surprises like coconut water at my door with flowers. I only had the breakfast buffet but I was more than satisfied with the variety offered and the taste. The pools and grounds were maintained daily, as well as the room had I wished for it (I didn’t need daily housekeeping personally) I just wanted to rest but had I wanted to do activities, there was a desk where guests could choose from various options and going back to the mainland was possible and accessible whenever we wanted. Being a solo female traveler, I had a problem with a male guest who made me feel uncomfortable but management took this very seriously and dealt with it. I felt very safe. Very grateful for my experience and vacation."

Housekeeping was very nice and checked if we needed anything. Next trip to Fiji I would definitely stay at Sheraton Villa. "

"Loved staying here. The room was great and spacious. The air con was amazing! Little dated in the bathroom but would not deter me in staying again. Staff were all very nice and friendly. Service was fantastic. Great breakfast and food at the restaurants. Cocktails where great as well. We went in the off season so could imagine peak would be hard to get a spot around the pool. Great value for your money. Would definitely stay here again"
