"It was honestly a great experience and I truly enjoyed this trip. Everything about the staff to the land was amazing. The only true negative isn’t bad at all but it is about how the management treats their employees. It was so hard for the employees to talk to the guest because it just seemed like something was holding them back from getting to know the guest better. Overall a great experience and a great resort.
