"We love staying at excellence because they always make you feel special. Their commitment to going above and beyond to create a special experience for every guest is incredible! Every staff member is happy to greet you with a smile. We especially felt taken care of by server, Tonatiuh! He was very kind and attentive. You could see how incredibly hard this man works and how he truly loves his job! He was our server for several meals (breakfast and lunch!) sometimes in the same day. Another server by the pool that was especially helpful was Emanuel! He went above and beyond to help us have a great experience! We also participated in some activities at the resort: clay/mud therapy, salsa lessons, and paint & sip. They were all worth the time and enjoyable! We especially enjoyed exploring our creative side during the paint & sip, led by artist Mayte! Finally, we also did an photoshoot with photographer, Orlando. This experience was beyond what we could have expected. He provided the right amount of direction during the shoot, while also listening to what we wanted. The photos came out AMAZING, we just had to purchase the max package (album, 150 photos, and a short video montage w/music). And he was able to get all of this to us, edited, by next day. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and would love to return in the future!"

"This resort is beyond exceptional, and it is the service that truly stands out. Beloved provides an elegantly quiet and romantic experience. The resort has just over 100 rooms, so even at full capacity there wasn’t a single time or place that this resort felt full, quite the opposite. We never waited for, or saw anyone else wait for anything including the reception and concierge desks, a table at any of the restaurants (and no reservations needed), room service, beach service, poolside service. This isn’t because Beloved is a smaller resort, it’s because of the ratio of amenities and truly great employees to guests- 3 pools, 4 full restaurants, the Cafe, taco truck, bars, etc. all for about 200 people…The staff here is incredibly friendly and plentiful. Beach service as an example- at least two beach concierge employees from morning to evening ensuring everyone had a fantastic beach experience. Beyond setting up and maintaining loungers & daybeds, and providing towels, they got to know everyone’s preferences. In addition to the beach concierge employees there were also 2-3 waiters on the beach taking care of everyone with drinks and food throughout the day. Speaking of the beach experience, we never once had any issue getting a palapa with a daybed or loungers. The spa is beautiful, and the included Hydrotherapy circuit is fantastic. We’ve been to plenty of large and small resorts, and this one is special everyone has a VIP experience. "

"The staff made you feel like you’re a rock star we loved that. The only think is the shower tub was not cleaned very well and the sheets had stains before we sleep on the bed. Otherwise everything else was amazing . "
