"Hotel was just amazing, better than any 5 star I’d stayed in. A home away from home. Didn’t want to leave. Nicely laid out and in tip top shape. The room given was newly renovated in which I found no defects. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The staff was top notch, everyone is treated as royalty. This hotel definitely stands out. Whenever I mentioned its name everyone knew of it. Other food choices and bars were just around the corner in the mini mail . Streets are very safe....

"Beautiful! Highly recommend for the staff who are wonderful, the facility which is beautiful, the food, and the attention received from Evans who helped our stay with taking us shopping for our safaris since our luggage did not ever arrive at the hotel! Don't know what we would have done! Thank you for helping us out! Can't go wrong at this beautiful hotel. "

"We had a very bad experience in this hotel. At 2:30 am someone started knocking at our door at least 3 times. I woke up and when I opened the door, there was the bell boy bringing a suitcase that was not ours. After he noticed he got the wrong room, he apologized and left. It was almost impossible for us to get back to sleep and we felt tired all day long. It is unbelievable that a "5 star" hotel has this type of mistakes. "Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"The Boma Nairobi had everything I needed. The bathroom had options for a quick shower, and a deep bath- which for me, as someone who is big on self-care really loves. Next, the buffet option for breakfast, lunch or dinner, provides one with several options of what to eat. Next, the staff members are very professional and peasant. Lastly, the security protocol is worth mentioning, because you go through a check, similar to the TSA at an airport, which for me, was really cool. I would want...

"Moldy bed sheet, dirty light switches, broken bed net. Smelly bar area. When I reported the above issues, 3 groups of staff came and decided to offer me a bottle of free beer ( wine). I don’t drink beer ( wine). Then the manager knocked my room door twice to force me to accept it. I paid $NZ 1100 per room per night. This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever experienced."
