"We had a very bad experience in this hotel. At 2:30 am someone started knocking at our door at least 3 times. I woke up and when I opened the door, there was the bell boy bringing a suitcase that was not ours. After he noticed he got the wrong room, he apologized and left. It was almost impossible for us to get back to sleep and we felt tired all day long. It is unbelievable that a "5 star" hotel has this type of mistakes. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
