There were two people with outstanding customer service: Prasobh - housekeeping and Mr V Mani, very caring and he provides outstanding customer service. "

"Wonderfully built with lots of spaces to relax and chill.Pool,backwaters and beach are accessible and lots of activities are offered.They have a great spa and fitness centre but hardly anyone was using it.Evening tea by the poolside was very well laid out and plentiful.Food was good with plenty of choices.Very plush villa we stayed in which had a plunge pool and swing and indoor and outdoor showers.Our only issue was that they really discourage swimming in the sea which we were looking forward to and thought we could have."
