"Pros: House is lovely, cozy and warm. Location and ship watching were fantastic. Yard was perfect for our Lab to run, explore and exercise. Cons: No shower, oversized tub with a sprayer, was awkward for bathing. Only TV was set up in a bedroom w/2 double beds, so no space for multiple guests to relax and watch a movie/show. "This was a great place to spend our few days on I'le d'Orleans. It was convenient to most of the 'must see' orchards/wineries/cideries, and right next to a nougaterie - something new for us. The condo was bright, and appeared to be fairly new. Things to be aware This apartment is near the front door so you will hear the heavy main door open and close anytime someone enters The beds were very firm.
