We had stayed at the Los Arcos suites across the street five years ago with a balcony facing CDS and thought we would like to give it a try one time. "Excellent hotel and great food. People in charge of the food room need to make you feel more welcoming, they only focused on parties of 3 or more / I ate alone and almost never came to check on me, I had to ask for coffee 2 times. Food was great but customer service has to be excellent. "
