"I found the reception staff to be very polite and very efficient, the room was clean ,had coffee available and a huge double bed "

"The room is dated but the bed and pillows were comfortable. It needs better lighting in the room as it is very dull and un inviting plus the desk lamp was not working. With the design of all rooms you do feel like you are staying at a Butlins site. The evening meal in the pub was very good but the breakfast was acceptable but needed to be hotter I stayed one night which is fine but wouldn’t want to stay longer "

"No faults at all with the hotel lovely hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Only one issue was we were in one of the front rooms and once the traffic started rather early it was noisy ."

"Do not book this property! It is dirty, unkempt and had no power in the kitchen and the fridge/freezers were defrosting with old food inside."

"I arrived and hotel had no reservation from hotels.com but found a room for me, needed my bank details, but would resolve the issue with hotels.com. Just past midnight, whilst in bed fast asleep hotel.com messaged to say the hotel had rejected my booking, LOL, now neither Hilton or hotels.com are responding back to my emails, so not impressed. A shame because it is a nice hotel."

"Really good value room, big TV and comfortable bed. Bathroom missing towels on arrival but I soon got one from reception. Tea spoon also missing from Hospitality tray too but no issue. Well worth £29-50 for a cheap comfortable night away."
