"Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in quest'hotel che affaccia proprio sul Lago di Telese: una pace senza eguali ed una vista dal terrazzino della camera davvero bella! Ci hanno accolti tutti con gentilezza e disponibilità. La struttura é un po' retrò quindi qualcosina si può certamente migliorare ma lo consiglierei comunque a chiunque abbia voglia di rilassarsi o necessità di trovare concentrazione per lavorare in smart working. "B&B was in a great location with easy access to all attractions. Easy check in. The 2 most important things for me not matter where I’m staying are a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Both were fantastic. The room was very spacious. Fulvio was on hand. I was really pleased to see that there was a map of the city available. Lovely City. I recommend a visit. 😊"

"All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!! So anyone could have walked in and around the hotel as they have no security as such, just...

"Check-in was a nightmare. The apartment was simply that. Special instructions had no phone number, so we couldn't contact proprietors. We spent more than an hour on the phone w/ a Travelocity rep in the Philippines while standing on the sidewalk in spitting rain. I finally pried a phone number from the rep, which my wife called. We finally got buzzed in remotely and there was a key card on the kitchen table. The apartment has potential, but it's drab and poorly maintained. The shower was not...

"Good place to stay however when I asked for fresh towel was told that in Italy they change towels weekly. The owner was responsive when we asked for an iron. They had snacks, water and juices for us upton arrival."
