"Everything was good but we could get no reservations in any restaurant we had get out the resort and get dinner at blue mall Punta Cana, I spoke to the manager and he gave an option have dinner at the Doral restaurant, but we cannot take our kids… not good because I came to celebrate my son birthday. Otherwise everything else was good. "

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming team, and Tais, our guest service representative, truly made our experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, offering personalized recommendations and always checking in with a smile. Her attentiveness made us feel like we were the only guests there. The resort itself was beautiful, with lush tropical landscapes, pristine beaches, and an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The food was outstanding—each meal from the restaurants were bursting with flavor, and the variety was impressive. That being said, as much as we loved the international dishes on offer, we did find ourselves wishing for more authentic Dominican options to truly immerse ourselves in the local culinary culture. Overall, the experience was fantastic. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway, exceptional service, and a memorable vacation.
