"We love the citadines at Holborn and have stayed there many times. They have recently finished renovating and it looks lovely. Staff were great and the room was great. Only issue was that they have a centrally controlled heating system (despite having a controller on the wall in the room that does nothing that we could work out. "My daughter and I had a great time there. The Citadines aparthotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood, within walking distance of many nice restaurants, bars, and cafes. It's very comfortable and clean. You can buy groceries from the nearby stores. I highly recommend it. "

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. "We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "

"Perfect place to stay to catch an flight from Heathrow the following day. Reception was friendly and when I checked out they told me about a direct pod that takes them from their hotel to the airport in 5 min. This was perfect since I didn’t want to walk to a bus station alone at 6 in the morning "
