"The perfect stay. Cute places close by and overall safe feeling. Subway is near and easy to access. The place is absolutely adorable and has such a cozy vintage vibe. Beds were comfy and WiFi was good. Host was so catering and super quick with responses. I have zero complaints and would visit again!"

"Property is easy walking distance to Subway and good restaurants. Trouble with heat was addressed but communication was spotty. Made for a chilly first night. Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Shower wasn’t hot."

"Located centrally which helped us explore NYC very well. Hosts are very communicative and helpful. There were extra towels and bedding. We were here for one week and had a great time."

"Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights."

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help.
