"This beautiful property was clean and centrally located to everything! We were a family group of 15 & could find multiple food options within blocks & even next door from American to Chinese, Italian, pizza, Chipotle, and even fresh food markets all within minutes of your front door. The host was very attentive in answering questions and making suggestions when asked. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay at this property and with this host again!"

"Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"This place worked perfect for our family weekend in NYC. We had our two children (3,4) with us and had a great weekend. Would stay here again. "

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."

"I was most concerned when I saw reviews about lack of communication with the owner and a confusing check in process, because I've had a few negative experiences with that. Please be assured that the check in process was clear and smooth. The building is historic and has been through some things over the years, and it shows on the interior. "We had a blast ! Location pretty good … a tad noisy on the street level , but it is NYC 😂"

"Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. "

"This place is a perfect (and reasonably priced) launching pad for exploring SOHO, Greenwich Village, etc. Owner was excellent at communicating. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I...

"We were in NYC for a medical issue & enjoyed our stay at the studio apt. Having the convince oh being able to prepare our meals & having all the comforts of home made a stressful situation easier to cope with. The location is close to restaurants , shopping & hospitals.if we are ever I need of staying on the upper east side we will definitely stay here again. I was in communication with Charlene & Mia and they feel to all my questions & concerns within the hour. "

"This place needs to be taken off of the website. It was dirty and the host was not very welcoming or friendly. There was black mold on the walls and water damage on the ceiling. VRBO had to move us for safety reasons."
