"The Mount Royal Hotel is in the ideal central location in Banff making everywhere accessible including Ski runs as the shuttle pick up point is the car park to the hotel to the rear of the hotel. The bus stop to the Gondola and Hot Springs is located just across the Road. The rooms were very clean and the beds really comfortable. The staff at reception were always helpful and friendly."

"Our stay at one of the cabins was great! The cabin was perfect for a few days stay. Everything you needed was there. The view from the cabin was directly towards the Three Sisters and it was so peaceful. It was very hot outside so the rooms got very hot, but Shaun (sp?) was our hero and got us fans & it was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was our first stop on our Canada holiday adventure. My only regret was not booking more days here! The pictures are amazing, but it was even more beautiful than the pictures! From the attention to details, decor, homemade cookies and quiet comfortable rooms, we could not have asked for more. Location was amazing, close to everything but still made you feel like you were in your own mountain retreat! It truly was magical. I highly recommend."

"We had a great time staying in this hotel. Although we're always out most of the time but the owner thoughtfully prepared everything we needed and communicated what we might need to bring. We wish we could stay forever. The downside was during our last few days of stay we could here noise, baby's crying and strong stomping of feet in our neighboring rooms but tolerable. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you Frank and Mark."

"Greeted by super friendly and amazing staff, given a complimentary bottle of nice wine, and a package of fire starter for the room’s real fire place. Staff was super helpful, showing me where there was chopped wood near my room & instructions for their wood fireplaces. This made the whole experience seem so authentic, and I would 12/10 recommend Hidden Ridge Resort - it’s “off the beaten Banff” but still super accessible to Banff town and surrounding areas - even with free transit passes from the hotel. Thanks to the staff for making this such an amazing mountain stay:)"
