"Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Lobby was clean and beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets were a bit run down and the elevator floor in one of the two elevators had food thrown all over it. We weee there for 2 full days and it never got cleaned up. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude but the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. "

"Room and bath were very clean. Bed, very comfortable. Room faced very busy street so it was very noisy. Most disturbing incident however was observed during breakfast. One of the servers, a woman, reached into the eggs being served and broke up large clumps with her bare fingers. Really disgusting and resulted in us eating only items that were prepackaged. "

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage.
