"As many Toronto hotels were exorbitant during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour, we were looking for a non airport alternative. There were pros and cons. The pros were that it was not too far from downtown Toronto, it was clean, AC/ heating worked well, we received a free upgrade to a king size bed, people were so friendly, there was a Starbucks literally 2 minute walk and it has an Amazing vintage Elevator! "The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed in two different types of rooms. Very clean needs some upgrades/fixes in the junior suite we stayed in. The deluxe suite was in great condition. They added extra touches like complimentary champagne, homemade cookies/macaroons and fresh flowers. Has a cute tea room for breakfast and a Gatsby bar for drinks :) Would recommend. "
