"The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The location is fantastic, as it’s close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It’s also very close to BC Place and Rogers Arena (I was in Vancouver to see a concert at the Rogers Arena). The room was really comfortable and clean, and having a good sized fridge (rather than the usual mini-bar) and microwave was really useful. The à la carte breakfast available at the hotel’s Azure Breakfast Lounge was delicious and excellent value - there’s a lot of choice, including healthy options, and the team serving were really pleasant. "

"Excellent area, would like to see a coffee bar with healthy snacks in lobby. Health and Fitness aids in Mental wellness, update and expand gym area to represent this importance. Extremely busy in morning. "

Not only do you have amazing views of the harbor, sea planes landing, you are centrally located to everything plus the cruise terminal is attached to the hotel! The hotel also offers bag check-in from your room to your cruise cabin! The Five Sails restaurant is amazing and deserves a Michelin star!"

"I found this last minute and what a gem. I was greeted warmly by Thinh, and he instantly made me feel grateful for my choice. I also found out that if you are going to the port (on a cruise) they have a shuttle to take you there, no charge. Absolute bonus! The neighbourhood was easy to walk, near to ocean front dining, biking, walking, etc. The cafe's within a stone throw had wonderful menu choice, plenty of healthy options, and the street though busy, was quiet. The room itself had superior and conscientious amenities, and the bed & linens were very comfortable. I have already suggested it to many of my family and friends. It will be my on my return list. "
