Staff at reception could have been more welcoming, I have difficulty hearing where there is a lot of background noise and the receptionist didn’t seem to like having to repeat herself.

Lovely city centre hotel and perfectly situated...everything was perfect but the service in the bar really needs attention and was abit of a let down but with a good F&B manager could be improved easily .Would most definitely stay here again
