"Wonderful vacation with my hubby!! Pros: Beautiful location! It’s a nice slow paced area, much different than Miami or even Key West. Nice pool area. Helpful staff. Cons: Must drive to stores and restaurants, nothing walkable except the restaurant at the resort. "

"Faro Blanco resort was beautiful. The setting was lovely and relaxing Rooms were exceptional, beds very comfortable. The pools were warm and quiet surrounded by Palm trees and enough chairs and tables. There waa a bonfire at night on the grounds and a large chess set to play with in the parkland. What can I say about the restaurant? The chef prepared fabulous meals and took into account I was gluten free and I was always certain I had safe choices The vew from the restauant and bar looked over the yachts in the harbour so we had a lot to watch while we enjoyed our meals. I would definately stay here again"

"Super fun lodging option for our quick trip to the keys. It was well appointed, literally around the corner from the grocery store, and (obviously) right on the water. We took advantage of the bikes on site for a 2 mile ride to the beach, and I went paddleboarding on the water and saw tons of animals (but never the manatee that every other guest seemed to encounter...). It was a delight to have breakfast on the deck and although I don't anticipate another trip to FL, if I did, I would love to stay here again."

"Nice property with pool and deck overlooking water. Was impressed with room. Large living room / kitchen combo separate from bedroom and bathroom. Even had a small walk in closet. Nice lady at front desk and efficient. Couldn’t get anything out of shower dispensers. Cleaning staff should check. Frustrating to not have shampoo and soap. Only Luke warm water shower but both sinks were hot. Nice to have coffee on deck with pretty setting. "
