"I was satisfied with the process of getting a room however the employee did not take the initiative to check me in himself i was told to go through a third party. This is not a complaint it was what i was asked to do. Considering i haven't checked into a hotel in a while i assumed this might be the process now. I appreciated his help, he is my brother in Christ. Overall i was satisfied all things considered. "

"I like everything about the property the staff there was very friendly when you needed anything they would make sure to get it for you."

"Never had a bad experience with a Tru stay. The only problem was that the construction workers who stayed at the hotel would start and warm up their trucks early in the morning (4 AM ) which woke us . I guess that wasn’t the hotels fault. "

"Needs better signage to find entrance at night. Ended up in alley the first time, then had to drive around the block twice before I found tunnel entryway."
