"This was a great property for a family vacation.I feel that the oven was a little small for 14 people otherwise we loved our stay.So convenient to the shops and beach and our host Andrew was quick to respond to any of our queries.Would definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay. Host was discreet and communicated well providing good directions to the property with photos. Parking was off street and while the area to park in was steep it was easily accessible. When leaving there is good visibility in both directions even though the road can be busy. House was clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. Living areas are comfortable and the recliners were well used!! Bathroom was well equipped with plenty of hot water. Bedrooms both had double beds...

"This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next "

"It was lovely. Unfortunately the sofa bed we asked to be made up, but had been slept in and smelt. We couldn't use it until we'd washed the sheets. Lots of everyday things were missing. Garbage bags, tissues, salt and pepper, hair dryer. We were not supplied enough towels. It stated it slept 6. I think 4 adults was the correct bedding numbers. "We really loved the location as it is on the water with the boat ramp across the road so easy to have the boat moored out the front of the house for our entire stay, there is a great cafe within walking distance and beach area to swim at. The house was great we had 2 families with 4 kids in total and the space of the house was great. Lots of board games and books to use. The bedrooms are huge. The beds are queen size but would have been better if they were King as there is plenty of space for...

"Property was fine but the stairs to get to bedrooms were an issue. Loftt room also too difficult to get in to. If you have mobility issues i would avoid. Steps to bathroom steep but not really a problem for us. Locating was brilliant, so close to everything. Only real issue was the stairs. "

"We keep returning to this magical house that is an Australian classic home, built for family fun by the sea and bush walks, back in the days when homes were made for living. Every amenity needed is supplied and our grandkids love playing on the roofed veranda and the beautiful garden, so easy to supervise games and outdoor fun even in the rain. We'll keep returning to Saint Fridas. Thanks Jessica and Steve the caretakers and Evelyn and Kerry the Hostesses of the mostest! XX"
