"It’s always a pleasure staying at The Star. Good facilities and amenities. Great hotel vibe and having its own light rail station is very handy when going around Sydney CBD. Also has plenty of dining options inside the hotel and around the area. I also love that they have a massive parking area and it’s free when you book a room there. "

"Very convenient and easy. I was early for check-in but the staff did their best to make the room available as soon as possible. Very friendly, and the room was quiet and safe - excellent black-out curtains. I would discourage dining at their bar, though. I got the confit pork belly, which was tough and the accompaniments unpleasant; and the lava cake, which was sweet with good texture but no depth of flavour. "

"We can’t say enough about this hotel! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Peter was so gracious-held our bags and let us freshen up so we could explore the city when we first arrived. The food and drinks were incredible as well! If we are in the area again, we will most definitely be staying here. "
