"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. "Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return."

"We selected the Executive rooms and were able to use the benefits that came with the room such as free breakfast, tea time and cocktail time. The concierge at the Executive lounge were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean."

"Perfect hotel for Tokyo! The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Check-in was easy. The room was very small, but typical for Tokyo, and we got used to it. The shower and toilet were both very nice! Despite the size, it was easy to get comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent! It's a quick walk to Kinshicho Station, through which multiple useful lines run. The city is super accessible from there, and you get the added benefit of a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku. There are many amazing food options within walking distance, as well as a couple good malls and shopping areas. The breakfast is really great. There's a lot of variety every day, so you'll find something to eat easily. I also got to try some foods new to me as an American, which was really fun without having to have a large portion. The laundry room consists of two washers and two dryers for the entire hotel; it was full a couple of times but we managed to get our laundry done twice. There are plenty of hangers in the room as well, so we could hang dry our wet clothes when the dryers were full. The machines take 100 yen coins, so make sure to have some on hand. Overall, this is a really great place to stay in Tokyo, whether for a couple nights or for longer. It's a really good value. "

"Loved this hotel since it’s very close to few stations to get around with Yamanote line. It is few minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple, 7/11 and across the hotel is a small supermarket. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. Laundry is available but minimal units available. Make sure to do your laundry in the morning or afternoon so its not busy. "
