Great location Friendly service Slight mishap with the hot water supply on one night but the hotel was very apologetic about the inconvenience and we got a small gift when we checked out. Breakfast spread was excellent - changes every day too so nothing gets boring.

We paid a lot of money to upgraded our room. Room, service, food etc was good however, the boat only goes a short distance into the Bay, then drops anchor. You do not cruise through the bay on this ship. There is a small vessel for doing day activities so the upgraded room was of little value and the cruise didn’t meet our expectations. Consider a smaller ship that can explore the whole bay.
