"The staff at the Park Plaza County Hotel including Danny, Oscar and Natalia were incredible, they upgraded our room free of charge as it was our anniversary, gave us free prosecco and macaroons etc. We had one hell of a view of the London Eye! As our 10th wedding anniversary they really made us feel important and well looked after! Danny even flagged down taxis for us and gave us an umberella when it was raining heavily. We were really treated like royalty thankyou so much! Also the breakfast was lovely! Wonderful atmosphere the fish was also delicious! Great cooked breakfast! Everything was stocked up and well cooked! Would recommend to everyone!!!"

"Wow - what a beautiful hotel. We stayed in an atrium room that gave us partial views of Big Ben (Elizabeth Tower!) and Westminster. The room was big and bed was comfy, with a great shower and bath. The hotel was in a fantastic position for exploring London for a week! We had the best time 😊 "

"Stayed in an executive room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Location of hotel is excellent, everything's in easy walking distance and tram is just outside. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is a great place to relax with a cocktail after a day sightseeing. Highly recommend "
