"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "

"I loved the location, close to most major attractions some even walkable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Had 1 minor incident with room service some groceries I had bought were either thrown out or stolen. Apart from that I loved everything else about this hotel. I reported the incident- hopefully they will have that staff removed. "
