"The staff was very friendly, the locale was a 20-minute walk from the action (not the port per se, but the art museum and some restaurants). More than anything, we appreciated their pet policy — dogs stay free! And luckily we didn’t feel like we were shoved into a “pet room” that smelled. "The staff were helpful and friendly but there was a mix up with our booking. First night all details were there - 3nights paid for. Next morning still fine. By the evening our keys didn't work and were told the booking was for 1 day so housekeeping hadn't been in! But it was all dealt with without any fuss. "The internet connection was the worst Ive encountered. When reported, front desk said nothing he could do about weak signal and shrugged us off. The four of us were unable to use it. Housekeeper never came to our room. Was in hallway and cleaning rooms but never cleaned ours. We had to empty our own trash, unacceptable and at a rate of $500 per night per room. "
