"The staff was very friendly, the locale was a 20-minute walk from the action (not the port per se, but the art museum and some restaurants). More than anything, we appreciated their pet policy — dogs stay free! And luckily we didn’t feel like we were shoved into a “pet room” that smelled. "The staff were helpful and friendly but there was a mix up with our booking. First night all details were there - 3nights paid for. Next morning still fine. By the evening our keys didn't work and were told the booking was for 1 day so housekeeping hadn't been in! But it was all dealt with without any fuss.
