"Self check in which was so easy. Entered room but had a very bad smell of cigarettes informed reception and given a room change immediately with apologies. Staff very courteous and polite. Room clean but a little dated sink chipped and table. Bar area very good and very friendly service. "

"Great location as tram stops are right outside the hotel, lovely lounge area. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. We have to have the window open and there was alot of noise from outside including constuction and cleaning vehicles early morning but no fault of the hotel. "

"Great hotel which offered everything you could need in a hotel room - conveniently located a short walk from the train stations. Also walkable into the centre and lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. However the hotel is very quiet and I slept really well in a comfortable bed. Highly recommend "
