"The hotel was a great location for shopping, theatre's, restaurants. My couple of complaints are in the room, there is a desk area but no chair. there is nowhere to put a case apart from on the floor. Secondly, the sockets points on the desk area, are not deep enough to plug anything in, so you have to go under the tv to plug in the kettle, a charger, a hairdryer. "

"We had a great stay from start to finish. Aimee who booked us in was really friendly and informative as were all the staff. The room was lovely, clean and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice and was also good. Hotel is 5 mins walk from AO Arena, Cathedral and City Centre. We parked at Q Park which can be pre booked and is manned 24/7. It is 2 mins walk to the hotel. When we return to the area we would definitely stay again as it's the perfect base. "

"The size of toilet is a little bit smaller than expected, however the shower water was hot enough so was the pressure. But the shower was too small for us to change the clothes inside. The location and the price is great for temporary stay. The bed was large enough to fit us. The view was also nice! We even got to see the tram everyday! It was also close to the Metrolink Stop. Might consider coming back again soon. We were close to shops, foods, and so much more, it was really convenient."

"Very clean, beautiful hotel room. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Turn down service was unexpected but a nice touch. Nice extra touches - bath salts and snacks. Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel. "
